Last week, I got a 78 on the midterm for my Abnormal Psychology class.

I was flabbergasted, dismayed and even gobsmacked.

The test was incoherent, had misspellings and multiple correct answers galore, and had NOTHING to do with either the video units or the textbook. Srsly.

All mad was I, yea, verily, until I got the email today from the terrible professor congratulating me for getting the highest score on the midterm.

78 is the A.

OUT OF 130.

Insane.

At least I'm rocking the shit out of the crazy, y'all.

All exams felt like that for me when I was in school. And I studied rigorously for each exam, yet still had this issue. My instructors were as puzzled as I was as to why I preformed as badly as I did.

I'm rather used to the opposite, so this was quite an unpleasant surprise!

My mom had huge test anxiety back when she was in school, and I'm certain that's why she chose not to go back for grad school.
