Krispy Kremes: just enough flour to hold the fat and sugar together.

I don't like Krispy Kreme. I like a plain Dunkin Donut, the one with the handle. My fave is a local bakery by my folks that makes a plain cake donut with an almost crunchy crust. YUM.

Ditto. And it's really hard to find good plain donuts now. Everything is covered in sugar.

I've had Diet Coke for so many years that Coke Zero tastes so close to "real" Coke that I can't really tell the difference.

It IS better than Diet Coke, tho!

Which kind of Krispy Kreme, anyway? I only like the plain and the cinnamon rolls, really.

I generally hold a pro-donut policy, but Krispy Kremes have failed to impress. So I would have to vote "madness" in this survey. Now, if you were eating a proper donut...

I think that Krispy Kremes are a Southern thing, and down those parts, they get us young.

It's like a drug.

Reading this made my heart palpitate...and not in a good way. I almost got a blood sugar crash from simply reading about this combo. :-)

(Being hypoglemic, I'm a tad more sensitive to that kind of partnering than the normal joe.)

In general (starchy, fatty, sugary food) + sugar-free drink is better than SFSF + sugary drink.

However, Krispy Kremes are not my idea of a treat, and Coke Zero is nasty, so I vote Madness.

However, a Tim Horton's Double Chocolate and a Diet Coke would be acceptable. I'd prefer skim milk.

Well, while not as crazy as Paula Deen's bacon cheeseburger using Krispy Kreme doughnuts for the bun, it's up there.

If you ever end up in Mill Creek, though, you must try Frost Doughnuts. They make excellent stuff.
