I remember getting really annoyed when I read a blog that was pish-poshing the whole thing because it wasn't doing it right. I metaphorically smacked some of my acquaintances for applauding that kind of intellectual armchair quarterbacking and I wrote a scathing response to that blog entry. Funnily enough, the blog's author erased my comment--they could dish it out, but they couldn't take it in return.
